|Recommended: NoWouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy- the property manager is unprofessional and does not return calls or emails however if you are late expect an email and a notice with your all of your personal information broadcasted to the world hope you aren't in danger because the people found you - Air does not work, sinks clogged, house literally falling apart and I moved here in February. I cannot wait to move- if you have nowhere else to go move here just to get on your feet and go I give it a year before they are under new management. No parking strategy - per lease you should 2 cars per house people have like 4-6 cars and take half the parking lot.
|Recommended: YesUmmmmm — It is actually a good place depending on area of the homes you are in, other than that work orders that should be priority aren't.
|Recommended: NoPoor management for starters. The way they treat their residents is appalling. Just as bad as previous management. Rats. Mold. Maintenance calls ignored because they never come. You’re better off calling someone yourself, which I’ve done. Move here and it’s like living in the worst you could imagine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE
|Recommended: NoIt’s Okay For Starters — Moved in here 2 days ago . Washer is broken , they put me in my place with a broken sink drain , clogged called emergency maintenance, nobody came when I called Lastnight when my sink was over flowing so i unclogged it myself , garbage disposal don’t work , needs to be kulked under the sink and painted , mold under the sink . Property staff don’t care . Edena is very helpful tho , she does what she can . It’s management .

|Recommended: YesO.k — For the price this place is not really worth it. Rat infestation is rampant and the walls are thin and easily damaged. New management seems alright I have been here over 11 years if you hate rats stay away
|Recommended: YesComfortable Living Environment. — Dog friendly but no park or dog bag stands. Property staff very hard to get a hold of. Always locking door, on lunch or just don’t answer the phone. Property staff also didn’t renew my lease after turning in all necessary documents, also couldn’t find my house key I made for them TWICE. Maintenance is sloppy and quick. Had a leak in my bathroom for several months and was told it was taken care of three times. Had to redo the ceiling downstairs and bathroom floor per my request which was actually fulfilled surprisingly. Overall though, very nice place to live at home. Never extra charges.
|Recommended: NoNot For Long Term — I’ve been living here for about 4years as this was my first home I appreciate the space and the Cleanliness of the community. But there is a serious field mice problem. Maintenance don’t like to work my washer and dryer are always breaking and I was told it’s to costly to replace so they just keep fixing it. Also we are being charged 100s of dollars a day because we have patio furniture on our patio. Lastly we’ve changed management 3x in the last 2 years. A lot of dirt by my property I e tried sweeping if someone can get it up it will be appreciated it’s in the parking lot. We get notices on our door saying they going to charge 100 a day because people putting their trash out on trash night to early. Also if they want people to not dispose of bulk trash make sure everyone knows where the big dumpster is at
