|Recommended: YesLove My Corner Of The World — It's nice living here. Quiet and conventional to stores, BUSINESS, and schools. The grounds are pretty. One thing, my therapist came over, and parked under the trees for shade. One of the branches fell off, and dented her hood. We were surprised. In the 8 yrs. 8ve been here, that has never happened. I LOVE it here .

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Be, But Some Of The Neighbors Smoke Outside Within The Apartment And Make Much Noise Thereby Not Allowing The Other Neighbors To Sleep Or Have Some Rest — Good place but some neighbors smoke too much within my living room window and i cant get fresh air. They also make much noise cant rest at night because of their disturbances.

|Recommended: NoIts Okay. — the bug and mice problem is an issue. the laundry facility has not been open for over a month and no one can advice when it will open again. the plumbing is an issue when you take baths the ceiling leaks. no air or heat gets to the rooms upstairs so it is extremely hot or cold. the appliances are dirty and peeling and need to be upgraded. The look and feel of the home is good otherwise.

|Recommended: YesI Cant Complain Nice Kid Friendly Neighborhood — Every time I ever had a maintenance issue, it was fixed the same day, unless additional parts needed to be ordered. I have 2 boys, so it is important that a community is kid friendly. The only issue or complaint I have is with some residents because very nasty on trash days, and not picking up their dogs mess. Because of this, I do not allow my children to play in the backyard because I do not want them rolling around in dog poop. Above all, Harbor Point Estates was definitely a good place for me and my boys to live. I never had an issue with the office staff. From day one Carrie was helpful, when Evelyn came in shes been great, of course Ms. Taylor, and Ms. Tammy were always wonderful as well.
