|Recommended: NoIt's Just Not What It Once Was... — Times have really changed along with the name of this community. We're paying county rates, but it seems like we live in the heart of the ghetto. From the noise, to the fighting outside, the trash around the neighborhood, and disrespectful kiddos with disrespectful parents they've even gone to disrespecting others properties this place is not a place for calm mature adults. The only positive thing I can say is the staff is very pleasant.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff Need More Expirience — we have problems with water coming in from back patio door that it has been fix yet water istil come inside and also water spout from shower still the same every time that we call to get something to fix never come on time and nothing get fix right also the parking is to narrow need to be a little wide other then that we have good neighbors and like the apartament just this thing that a has to be fix we dont want the wall from the patio door to get roetten and mold please try to fix this 2 things

|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live with children. The area is nice and the staff is super friendly. So far so good only thing is the paint of the walls is old and peeling could use some updating other then that I could be happier and will continue to stay here. I would recommend.
|Recommended: YesNot Bad, But Pray Nothing Breaks. — In this area of town Harbor Estates isn't a bad place to live. A major bus line ends at the property and it's within minutes of major highways. There are a variety of grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping nearby, a gas station right at the entrance, and both an elementary and middle school across the street. The crew that cleans the grounds are excellent and the company hired to mow the grass is decent. You don't have to worry about leaving your grill, furniture, or bicycles outside. The walls are somewhat thin so you will hear your neighbors if they are loud. Some of the other residents here are not the best of people. They will speed through the streets, deal drugs from their houses, and there has been the occasional assault. There are also groups of children who will roam around on bicycles blocking roads and sidewalks. I think my biggest issue is with maintenance requests. The last couple years I've been here it's been very hard to get a someone here to look at problems. Some of the maintenance people are great, I just got one that isn't great.

The Area Is Nice And Management Is Very Professional. — I would recommend Harbor Estates because the townhouses are nice, the staff is very helpful. The community is conveniently close to bus lines schools and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
